Airloom is a connected-product platform for retail brands.
Every item you make carries its own AirloomID, a unique ID that opens your brand’s 1/1 landing page for that exact item. Any owner can scan it and find more value in what they own. Your brand gets real insights from real customers, at the unique item level.

Why “Airloom”?
An heirloom is a valued object passed from one person to the next. We want every product to have the chance to become one.
The problem we’re here to solve.
Your product moves on. But your relationship with your customers should not end.
You pay to win a customer once. Then your product is resold, handed down or given away. Each new owner is a customer you cannot reach.
The owner is left in the dark too. They cannot check the product is real, where it came from or how to care for it.
What kind of products?
Airloom works for anything made to last: clothing, footwear, accessories, furniture, appliances and equipment. If people keep it, pass it on or resell it, it should carry an AirloomID.
We’re starting with fashion. Clothes are resold and handed on all the time. Materials and care matter to the wearer. Authenticity matters at premium prices. And anything sewn into a garment stays with it for life, so the code reaches every owner.
Where we are.
Australia today, with global ambitions. We’re focused on premium emerging brands in Australia first. If your brand is based elsewhere, please get in touch.
Questions.
Do our customers need an app?
No. An AirloomID is a QR code. Most smartphone cameras scan it, and the page opens in the browser, with no app or account.
How do we get started?
Book a demo. We then set up your products with you in AirloomHQ, which makes a unique ID for every item.
We send all your product IDs to your manufacturer in one print-ready file. They sew or stick an ID to each product, depending on its type, or attach it wherever else it will stand the test of time. Your supply chain then carries on as normal.
Does this add work to production?
One additional label on every product. Your manufacturer gets all product IDs in one print-ready file. Nothing else in your supply chain changes.
Why not a QR code on our swing tag?
A swing tag is thrown away after the sale. An AirloomID stays on the product, so every owner can scan it. It also opens a 1/1 landing page for that exact item, not a general web page.
Can we change an AirloomID after it’s printed?
The printed ID never changes. The page it opens can change at any time, without reprinting a single existing ID.
What if we no longer want to use Airloom?
Your QR codes keep working and you stay in control of them. We point them to your website, or to another provider you choose.
Who owns the data?
You do. You own the data on your customers. Airloom looks after it for you.
What do you collect about our customers?
We show you exactly what we collect, and our privacy notice, before anything is printed.
Is Airloom ready for digital product passport rules?
Yes. A digital product passport is a scannable record on the product. It says what the product is made of, where it comes from and how to care for it. The rules are changing, led by the EU’s DPP regulation, and Airloom is built to carry a passport.
